UK store Dorothy Perkins has some seriously cute dresses in for Spring 2010. Dorothy Perkins clothes don't come in plus sizes, but they sell up to a UK 22, which is about an 18, maybe a 20 US depending on how you are proportioned. The 22 has measurements of a 48-42-51 which is quite generous. However, since shipping is a bit steep (£10 or about $15) make sure to measure yourself and think of the style carefully when ordering in terms of how it will fit your body. If the size doesn't work out once it arrives, sell on ebay or to a friend so that you don't lose out!
I really want this dress (would probably wear as tunic top) but the biggest size they have left is a 14, which would only fit a 40 inch hip, and mine is at least a 42 I think.... I am still debating.
Lots of good stuff on site left in the larger sizes tho, so take a look!

I recently purchased a dress from DP and I am in love with it! I'm a 20 sometimes 22 and the UK22 fit just fine (equal to about US18)...I say go for it!
