1980's fashions are all over the place. I recently saw an editorial in a popular women's fashion magazine that was all neon, leggings, side ponytails, pointy shoe boots, appliqued sweaters and all sorts of big graphic pattern tees. And I am not loving it..... I don't see anything wrong with pulling inspiration from another era, but why the total rip off? I think that choosing a few 80s nostalgia pieces to pepper your wardrobe is a much better nod to fashion's past than a head to toe flashback.
